PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notice board providing system enabling an information provider to directly provide information in a real time by performing direct access to a notice board. SOLUTION: This notice board providing system for providing a notice board by using electronic paper is provided with a display device 12 configured of electronic paper divided into a plurality of display regions and an information processor 16 for causing the display device 12 to display arbitrary notice information in display region units. The information processor is provided with a notice information input part 161 for inputting notice information and a display control part 165 for causing the display device 12 to display the notice information in any of the display regions.
