PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a plurality of torque sensor shafts each time, while making the composition or the thickness of the magnetostrictive membrane uniform. SOLUTION: The plurality of torque sensor shaft main bodies 3 are arranged on the circumference and at equal interval, and made to electroplate between the torque sensor shaft bodies 3 and a plating electrode 21, by supplying current by the constant current circuit 27 for each one of torque sensor shaft body 3 while making circularly move (revolution) along the circumference, and at the same time, making the torque sensor shaft body 3 itself rotate (rotation).
