An input/output device in which inputting and outputting can be made by using a wind as an information carrier on a screen on which a video is projected. The input/output device includes a screen (12) on which a video can be displayed and through which the wind can pass, an apparatus (11) for displaying the video on the screen (12), a wind detector (14) which is arranged at the back of the screen (12) in array and detects a wind (W1), and a wind output unit (15) for outputting a wind (W2). The screen (12) has a space portion between warp and weft and is woven like a net. The screen (12) is used for an input/output device (100) using a wind as an information carrier.
