PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone apparatus which allows a user to perform denoising adjustment while verifying effect of denoising. SOLUTION: User's own transmitting voice signal is back-flowed by switching a switching part 140 and, while hearing his or her own voice, noise characteristic to be removed in noise removing parts 130, 230 are adjusted.
