PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system ensuring operation of a software module basically needing access to a device for ensuring stability of a system and safety of the device. SOLUTION: A filter driver is provided with a filter notification means, and a device driver in the lower level is provided with a filter confirmation means.
