PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic-laminated cutting board having a pursued design and usability function; and its manufacturing method; and in particular, to provide a cutting board facilitating to arrange food materials into a shape with beautiful appearance, or the latest trend of cuisine. SOLUTION: This laminated cutting board 1 formed of a plurality of laminated bodies of transparent or translucent plastic plates or sheets, and a part of the plurality of laminated plate bodies 2 has a plastic plate or sheet pattern plate having a pattern-printed surface with a melting point higher than that of the plastic plate or sheet of the laminated plate bodies 2 to be integrated together, so that the pattern 4 of the pattern printed surface is visible from the outer face of the cutting board.
