PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper easy to mount for sufficiently damping vibration generated by an electronic component, and to provide the electronic component equipped therewith and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: A mounting insertion part 8 has a hard portion 10 for retaining the shape of the mounting insertion part 8. Thus, the mounting insertion part 8 is difficult to deform, and the mounting insertion part 8 can be easily and surely inserted into a mounting hole formed in the electronic component. Thereby, a soft material such as a gel material having a great vibration damping effect can be used for sufficiently damping vibration generated by the electronic component.
