A method for making kimchi by using plantain is provide to contribute to health of the human by taking component and the effect of the plantain which is scattered over fields and mountains of our country. A method for making kimchi by using plantain comprises the following features. The plantain(1) is to the raw materials. The moisture of the plantain washed maintains with the rate of 20%. The salt is sprinkled on dandelion over the rate of 30%. The plantain is secondly washed to the plain water after 2 hours. Spice gruel(3) mixed with the plantain is pulverized and mixed with the rate of Guinea pepper 80%, anchovy 10%, rice flour pap 5%, garlic 5% in mixer. The plantain 90% and the spice gruel 10% are mixed and stores with 7 days. |
