<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a circuit with a compact configuration and to obtain stable characteristics in microwave bands. <P>SOLUTION: Spiral inductors 10a, 10b are provided around which coupling lines disposing two lines at an interval (d) having predetermined inter-line capacitance are spirally wound, these spiral inductors 10a, 10b are disposed in such a manner that winding directions thereof are aligned or inverted, and a first line 12 and a second line 14 are formed by connecting these coupling lines to each other. Furthermore, in these spiral inductors 10a, 10b, an inner line and an outer line of each of the coupling lines are connected with each other, such that lengths of winding wires of a first line 12 and second line 14 become equal.
