PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably join two members at their end faces to each other even in the unstable condition. SOLUTION: An end bracket 21 of a joint structure part 2 is mounted on a horizontal beam 13, a column head joint plate 23 is made to abut on the outer face of a core material 162 of a column 12, a bolt 22 for connecting the end bracket 21 to the column head joint plate 23 is inserted through a through-hole 3d and a through-hole 3e, a communication hole 23c and a communication hole 23d, and a communication groove portion 212a and a communication groove portion 212b, and the end bracket 21 and the column head joint plate 23 are pulled to each other via the bolt 22 so that the column head joint plate 23 is moved to the side of the end bracket 21. Thus, the end bracket 21 is elastically held between the side wall of the core material 162 of the column 12 and the column head joint plate 23, and the end faces of the column 12 and the horizontal beam 13 are pulled and joined to each other via the end bracket 21.
