PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet lid cover which is inexpensively manufactured in a simpler manner, can be easily mounted on a toilet lid, and is effective in terms of an appearance and sanitation. SOLUTION: The toilet lid cover made of plastic covers at least a part of the upper surface and side face of the toilet lid of a western style toilet. The toilet lid cover also has, in particular, a fold-over part to the back side of the toilet lid and has a three-dimensional shape almost the same as at least one part of the upper surface and side face of the toilet lid of the western style toilet.
