PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face sheet excellent in surface protecting characteristic and good in static electricity preventing characteristic. SOLUTION: The face sheet includes a polyester base material, a design layer provided on the part or the entire surface on the polyester base material, and a surface protective layer covering the part or the entirety of the surface including the design layer, and is characterized in that the surface protective layer is made by bridge hardening ionizing radiation curing resin composition and the ionizing radiation curing resin composition contains 1 to 40 mass pts. of polymerizable silicone based on 100 mass pts. of ionizing radiation curing resin in the composition, and 0.1 to 10 mass% of quaternary ammonium salt-containing an antistatic agent based on the entire mass of the composition as a reference.
