An electrostatic misting apparatus is provided to obtain deodorization, and bacteriostasis by dispersing corpuscle containing the component giving functionality among the air. An electrostatic misting apparatus comprises: a porous mold(2) having water-absorption, and the water retention and a property that sucks up by protrusively installing the porous repair material(11) on a porous ejector rod member(12); a direct current high voltage source(4) charging the porous mold with negative electricity by connecting the porous mold to the cathode(5). The electrostatic misting apparatus has a tip-end part for generating mist(8) of the diameter 1~50nm and formed in a curved surface.
