<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a circadian rhythm. <P>SOLUTION: The circadian rhythm controlling composition comprises one or more kinds of (i) a flavanoid selected from the group consisting of flavone, flavonol, isoflavone, flavanone, anthocyanin and flavanol or a polymer thereof or a derivative thereof, (ii) a steroid saponin or its derivative, (iii) a sesquiterpenoid or its derivative, (iv) monacolin K or its derivative, (v) resveratrol, scopoletin, eugenol, silymarin, forskolin or a derivative thereof, and (vi) a product obtained by extracting a celery seed with ethanol or glycerin as active ingredients. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
