<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency transmission line in which a high frequency signal reflected at a connection part is sufficiently suppressed and a transmission property of the high frequency signal is enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: Between plate conductors 7 and 8 disposed in parallel at an interval shorter than or equal to a 1/2 wavelength of a high frequency signal, first, second and third dielectric lines 9a, 9b and 9c are disposed and between the first and the second dielectric lines 9a and 9b, the third dielectric line 9c is connected at an interval L. Among high frequency signals input from the first dielectric line 9a to an input terminal 9c1 of the third dielectric line 9c, partial high frequency signals reflected at a connection part 9a1 at a side of the input terminal 9c1 of the third dielectric line 9c and leaked to the first dielectric line 9a are defined as Wa and other partial high frequency signals reflected at a connection part 9b1 at a side of an output terminal 9c2 of the third dielectric line 9c and leaked into the first dielectric line 9a similarly to Wa are defined as Wb, wherein the third dielectric line 9c sets its line length La so as to establish an equality of δ=±π when the phase difference in center frequency of Wa and Wb is δ. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
