<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pickled Japanese radish dressing obtained by using pickled Japanese radish, reduced in the smell of the pickled Japanese radish and having both of favorable taste and flavor. <P>SOLUTION: The pickled Japanese radish dressing contains pickled Japanese radish, grated fresh ginger and sesame oil.
