<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow processing program and system, capable of efficiently performing rework of items related to a plurality of work processes. <P>SOLUTION: Item data of each processing item managed by a data management device 220 are processed based on workflow definition managed by a workflow management device 210. When a correction part occurs to the item data, the processing item is returned to the preceding process so as to correct the correction part, the other work process related to return processing is specified, and update to a proper work state is performed according to a work state of the other work process.
