PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strike a balance between scheduling excellent in transmission efficiency and notification of receiving state information with high efficiency.

SOLUTION: A base station apparatus allocates a channel for transmitting transmission data to a terminal device on the basis of reception state information received from the terminal device. The apparatus includes: a request generating part for selecting one irreversible compression method in each terminal device among a plurality of irreversible compression method with different compression rates on the basis of a data amount index being a value to be an index of a data amount for transmission data to be transmitted to respective terminal devices, and generating notification request information representing a request for receiving state information obtained by compressing information representing a receiving state by the selected irreversible compression method in each terminal device; and a request transmitting part for transmitting the generated notification request information.
