PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liposome composition which has encapsulation of a platinum group metal colloid, thereby expresses lipid peroxide-depressing effect, each of which originally has, further effectively. SOLUTION: The liposome composition contains the following components (a)-(c): (a) phospholipid; (b) one or two kinds selected from cholesterol and/or phytosterol; and (c) the platinum group metal colloid; and (d) water, and has encapsulation of the component (c) into the liposome formed of the component (a) and the component (b).
