PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the vaporization (boil-off) of low-temperature fluid in a low temperature fluid storage bath. SOLUTION: This low-temperature fluid storage tank 10 comprises the low-temperature fluid storage bath 12 for storing low-temperature two solid-liquid phase fluid, and a vacuum heat insulating bath 11 for storing the low-temperature fluid storage bath 12. In the low-temperature fluid storage bath 12, a separating means 13 is provided for separating the two solid-liquid phase fluid into a liquid phase 14 and a solid phase 15, where the solid phase 15 exists to encircle the liquid phase 14.
