<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform image information processing so as to rapidly solve problems and to stabilize quality in an early stage. <P>SOLUTION: Keying information sent from an operation panel 110 at a side of each apparatus 100 through an operation panel controller 300 and a system monitor/manager 330 to each application program 340 is transmitted to an external control system 200 via an interface section 102 with the external control system 200. Thus, a series of procedures input from the operation panel 110 can be recorded in the external control system 200. The operation panel controller 300 performs control of these operation panels 110 and functions as a device driver of the operation panels 110.
