<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer rotor type motor wherein the number of components is decreased to attain size reduction, assembling is easy, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: An annular portion 16, which is projectively provided at one side of a shaft hole direction of an insulator 12, is fitted into a through hole 14a of a motor board 14.
