PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a processor from being occupied by the access action of a device. SOLUTION: A processor interface means 1a receives from a processor 2 access information for accessing a device 3 and autonomously outputs a response signal to the access information to the processor 2. Also, data stored in a data storage means 1d is output to the processor 2. An access information storage means 1b stores the access information received by the processor interface means 1a. A device interface means 1c accesses the device 3 according to the access information stored in the access information storage means 1b, and receives the data output from the device 3.
