PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus device requiring no writing device with exclusive control and realizing write control to a queue part by simple structure. SOLUTION: A queue part 101 is provided with a flag showing whether accumulation is possible or not for each of accumulated addresses of bus use requests. A bus use request storage instruction part 102 stores bus use requests from bus masters 1-1, 1-2, ..., 1-n in the queue part 101 based on the flag. Based on monitoring information 208 of a queue condition monitoring part 104, a bus use right control part 105 selects a bus use request for performing data transfer from the bus use requests accumulated in the queue part 101.
