PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm device for a vehicle in which a processing load for a control means 1 is reduced and noise is prevented from occurring. SOLUTION: This alarm device for a vehicle comprises a buzzer 2 mounted on the vehicle and alarming occupants in the vehicle according to predetermined information and the control means 1 for generating and outputting a control signal for prompting the buzzer 2 to sound with desired sound pressure and tone. The control means 1 determines whether the buzzer 2 is controlled or not using the control signal generated for each frequency of the control signal during the sounding treatment by the buzzer 2.
