<p>A triggering and data distribution method of dispatch information transmission in enhanced uplink, and the equipment thereof are provided in the present invention, in which a timer T used for triggering dispatch information when the user has authorization resource is configured in a user terminal, the user terminal will forwardly trigger transmission of the dispatch information, and send the dispatch information in a protocol data unit (PDU) of enhanced media access control (E-MAC); when the user terminal does not forwardly trigger the dispatch information, the user terminal will send the dispatch information in the PDU of E-MAC if the stuffing bits that have been multiplexed into the PDU of the E-MAC by buffer data in logic channel could hold the dispatch information; the user terminal initiates or re-initiates the timer T when it sends dispatch information on the authorization resource every time. The present invention provides a different distribution method and equipment to the question of whether triggering dispatch information transmission forwardly. System efficiency and resource utilization factor could be improved.</p> |
