A polyester forming sheet is provided, which makes it possible to reduce cost than the polyester singleness sheet and can improve moldability without the surface property degradation of the polyester sheet. A forming sheet is a 2 layer bimetal structure and is comprised of a protective layer(10), a transaction layer(20), a polyester resin layer(30), a vinyl chloride resin layer(40), a primer layer(50). The protective layer is laminated for the surface passivation of the forming sheet and is comprised of a film including the polyethylene(PE) etc. The transaction layer does the binder role of the polyester resin layer and protective layer and can use acryl group, the acryl urethane group, epoxy group, polyurethane group, polyisocyanate group, polyester group, acrylate group, ethylene acid vinyl co-polymer, polyamide group, melamine group, synthetic rubber group, polyvinylalcohol group resin and so on. The polyester resin layer can use the polyalkylene terephthalate based resin etc.
