PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave processor that heats objects to be heated in various shapes, various types, and different amounts into a desired state by optimally arranging a plurality of power feeding parts, respectively having a function for emitting a microwave, onto the wall faces constituting a heating chamber. SOLUTION: A microwave generating part 10 is provided with an oscillation part 11, two-stage power distribution parts 12a, 12b, and 12c, first-stage amplification parts 13a-13d, main amplification parts 15a-15d, a heating chamber 19 for storing an object to be heated, and power feeding parts 25a-25d that are respectively arranged on each wall face of the heating chamber 19 and receive four outputs transmitted from the microwave generating part 10 so as to emit and feed the microwaves into the heating chamber 19. The opening parts 251a-251d of the respective power feeding parts are arranged in a parallel state or an orthogonal state so as to place the polarization planes of the microwaves emitted from the opening parts in a parallel state or an orthogonal state.
