PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device in which noise is less, a thin type device can be designed, assembling operability is good, a cost does not become high, a disk clamper of which the wear is less is incorporated. SOLUTION: The optical disk device is provided with a clamper top 8a which is provided with a center pin insertion hole 8e and in which an outer peripheral part is engaged to a peripheral edge of an opening part 9a of a clamper holding body 9, and a shaft insertion cylinder 8k in which an output shaft 6a of a spindle motor 6 is inserted in the center. A disk clamper 8 is constituted of: a clamper bottom 8b attached so as to be movable up and down from a lower part at the clamper top 8a; a pin 8c provided with a spring receiving flange 8g and inserted into the pin insertion hole 8e from a lower part; and a compression coil spring 8d held between the spring receiving flange 8g and the clamper bottom 8b, also a pin pressing piece 9b is formed at an upper part of the opening part 9a of the clamper holding body.
