PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application program monitoring control system for suppressing the operation of an application program when stably monitoring the operating state of the application program to determine an abnormal operating state. SOLUTION: The application program monitoring control system is provided with a monitoring device 21, a launcher which operates by the processing of a customer computer 10 communicable with the monitoring device 21, and monitoring rules stored in a storage device 12 of the customer computer 10. The launcher runs the application program as a slave process of the launcher, compares the operating state of the application program with the monitoring rules, determines an abnormal operating state when it corresponds to the monitoring rules, the launcher suppresses the operation of the application program, and notifies the monitoring device 21 of the abnormal state.
