Clip for packing materials, apparatus and method for binding packing materials are provided to reduce manufacturing cost and be simply manufactured. A body portion(110) has the horse's hoof shape in which one side is opened. A packing material entry region(A) is arranged inside the body portion. The entry region of the packing material can be banded together as bending so that amount free end portions(110a,110b) differ in the inter opposition direction. A pressing rib(120) plays a role of pressurizing to the inner side the exterior of the packing material in the solidarity of the packing material entry region(A) and is protruded to the radius direction inner side in the inner wall surface of the body portion.
