<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement in cooling efficiency and improvement in the degree of freedom in production including design by realizing highly efficient heat transfer in simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a heat pipe 21 housing an operating fluid wherein a heat absorbing side and a heat radiating side are thermally separated, heat from a back-side insulating sheet 101 of an imaging element 10 is absorbed through an opening 111 of an FPC substrate 11, and the heat is transferred and radiated through a phase change. The heat generated at the imaging element 10 is transferred from the back-side insulating sheet 101 to the heat pipe 21 through circulation and radiation, the heat is absorbed and radiated by the phase change of the operating fluid, and heat of the FPC substrate and the imaging element 10 is transferred to an element supporting member 20 through heat conduction and discharged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
