<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair with a function of promoting a blood stream and preventing thrombus, which is especially designed to promote the blood flow of a user on the wheelchair, preventing various kinds of thrombus, and enhancing health. <P>SOLUTION: The wheelchair with the function of promoting the blood stream and preventing the thrombus includes: a wheelchair body; footrests arranged in the wheelchair body; and an electric motor, a battery, and a charger, which are fixed to the wheelchair body by arranging an arrangement base. Eccentric cams are attached to the rotary shaft of the electric motor via attachment means. One of the other ends of the eccentric cams are attached to the ends of footrest toe sides via the attachment means. The rear ends of footrest heel sides are connected to the frame of the wheelchair body.
