<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas insulated electrical device that can maintain breakdown voltages after the second time at an initial state, in the event of causing dielectric breakdown. <P>SOLUTION: In a gas insulated electrical device, a central conductor 2 serving as a high voltage conductor is accommodated while being supported insulatingly by an insulating spacer 4 within a metallic container 1 in which an insulating gas 3 is charged, and a shield 5 for moderating electric field is provided at a connection portion between the central conductor 2 and the insulating spacer 4. On the surface of metal of the central conductor 2 and the shield 5 for moderating electric field, a dielectric coating film 6 is applied at a certain or greater film thickness, and a metal exposed portion where the surface of metal of central conductor 2 is subjected to exposure, is formed on a part of the dielectric coating film 6 which has been applied to the central conductor 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
