<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A multi-junction type solar cell 1 has a structure in which a substrate 11, a transparent electrode 12, a first constituent cell 13, an intermediate layer 14, a second constituent cell 15 and a rear surface electrode 16 are provided in this order from a light-receiving surface side, wherein the layers are each stacked and formed on a surface opposite to the light-receiving surface of the substrate 11 by a thin film forming technique. The intermediate layer 14 includes a first intermediate layer 41 positioned on the light-receiving surface side and a second intermediate layer 42 positioned on the rear surface side for the light-receiving surface, and the first intermediate layer 41 partially contains a conductive material having a refractive index relatively smaller than that of the second intermediate layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
