PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a prescribed function by an operation to a device relating to the function. SOLUTION: A CPU 1 discriminates the presence of the operation to the device (for instance, a reception speaker 7, a photographing lens 15, a flash light emitting part 16, an earphone jack 18, a sound recording microphone 20 or a TV antenna 12) relating to the prescribed function (for instance, a speech communication function, a camera function, a sound recording function, a music reproducing function or a television broadcast receiving function) among the various devices exposed from a main body surface when the operation of turning power on is performed, and when there is the operation to the device, the CPU 1 controls the prescribed function.
