PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulation method of powder which is excellent in production efficiency and does not spoil an original performance of the powder. SOLUTION: The granulation method of the powder has (1) a mixing step for obtaining a powder composition by mixing the powder, a radical polymeric compound and water of 10 mass parts or more for the powder of 100 mass parts, and (2) an irradiation step for irradiating an active energy ray to the powder composition.
