Bean sprout containing a licorice component and soybean is provided to maintain one's health by taking the bean sprout containing a licorice component useful for the health and to stimulate one's appetite due to sweet taste of the licorice. Bean sprout containing a licorice component and soybean is prepared by dipping the bean in the licorice tea and being called and cultivating the bean; and repetitively supplying water containing a licorice component in a water tank, to the wet bean and cultivating the bean. |
