A differential switched capacitor circuit and a PGA(Programmable Gain Amplifier) reduce the noise generated in an operation by reducing the number of the used switched capacitor circuit. A PGA(Programmable Gain Amplifier) includes a differential amplifier and a swing width controlling unit. The differential amplifier samples the input signal, and amplifies the sampling signal with a predetermined gain, and outputs the amplified signal. The swing width controlling unit controls the swing width of the output signal outputted from the differential amplifier to correspond to the first voltage and the second voltage. |
