<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation grille capable of opening shutters and maintaining a closed state according to the mounted state of a louver. <P>SOLUTION: The ventilation grille comprises a cylinder part 2 formed to be mounted to a vent pipe which forms an air supply or exhaust ventilation flue, and provided at one end with an outward projecting flange part 1; a pair of shutters 5 provided turnably in a laterally separated state in the cylinder part to open/close an indoor side opening 3 of the cylinder part 2; and the louver 6 detachably mounted to cover the flange part 1. The inner surface of the louver 6 is provided with a pair of first protrusions 7, and when the louver 6 is mounted, the pair of first protrusions 7 presses the shutters 5 to turn and open the shutters 5.
