<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video transmission method that enables both users to view at a video image by an intuitive method, without having to go through many procedures. <P>SOLUTION: In the video transmitting method, a video application program is combined with a network telephone application program (for example: Skype), and a video file is transmitted via the network telephone application program.
