<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drunken driving restraining device for safely stopping driving even when drunken driving happens as a result. <P>SOLUTION: When driver's seat alcohol concentration is detected (step S10), whether or not the driver's seat alcohol concentration is a reference value or more is decided (step S20).
