PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target classifier capable of preventing generation of wasteful waiting time and quickly obtaining classified result and by classifying a target using output result in the order of the earlier output timing without waiting for completion of all of each processing result obtained when transmission signal is high-distance resolution transmitted, high-Doppler resolution transmitted and high-PRF transmitted, and a processing result obtained from the tracking information by tracking processing. SOLUTION: Without waiting for completion of all of range profile estimation result obtained in high-distance resolution transmission, Doppler distribution estimation result obtained in high-Doppler resolution transmission, flash estimation result obtained in high-PRF transmission, and track estimation results obtained by tracking processing, a target determining part 14 classifies a target using the estimation results in the order of the early output timing.
