PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-stage automatic transmission device with six-speed forward travel and one-speed reverse travel, which is compactly arranged using two-line simple planetary gears consisting of four structural elements. SOLUTION: A reduction planetary gear 40 using a double-pinion planetary gear and two-line simple planetary gears consisting of structural elements A, B, C, D are arranged with an output counter gear 5 therebetween. A ring gear RO is connected to a speed-reducing rotating shaft 3b speed-reduced by connecting a planetary carrier PO to an input shaft 3a to fix a sun gear SO of the reduction planetary gear 40. A brake B2 is arranged on the structural element A for inputting speed-reduced rotation through the axial center via a clutch C3 into the structural element A, and a brake B1 is arranged on the structural element B for inputting non-speed-reduced rotation from clutches C1, C2 via the planetary carrier PO through the outer periphery of the speed-reducing rotating shaft 3b into the structural elements D, B.
