PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body control device preventing controlling from getting a large load even if controlling the operation of the moving body. SOLUTION: This moving body reads detection result signals of photointerrupters 63 and 64 at a period longer than a time interval for transmitting a driving signal to a stepping motor 58, allows a time-series data retention part 84 to store a time-series data formed by aligning the detection result signals in time series, and allows a time-series data determination part 85 to determine that the detection result signals of the photointerrupters 63 and 64 take detection levels a prescribed times or more continuously based on the time-series data of the time-series data retention part 84. This constitution can appropriately determine whether a shutter 54 is reached or not and appropriately stop the shutter 54. This constitution elongates a time for reading the detection result signals compared with those when reading the detection result signals based on the clock signal so as to extremely reduce a load applied to the operation controlling of shutter 54.
