PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a Ta film which can maintain adhesion even in a peeling test after a durability test in terms of adhesion between Ta and an adhesion improving member on the same. SOLUTION: An ink-jet head has a heat protective film formed of a burned product of a metallic oxide film forming precursor composition on a heater, and the heater protective film is connected to a nozzle member via the adhesion improving member.
