摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To successively obtain information on the number of chargers capable of being used within a contract demand for charging electric vehicles. <P>SOLUTION: A charge control device 20 successively measures a power consumption of a facility 1 including one or a plurality of charging units 30 for charging an on-vehicle power storage 62 of an electric vehicle 60. The charge control device 20 figures out, on a basis of the sum of power consumption which is measured from the start time point to a prescribed time point in a determination object period for determining the contract demand of the facility 1, a virtual contract demand indicating an available electric power within the contract demand from the prescribed time point to the end time point in the determination object period.
