PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leather element which has a touch and a feel of a natural leather shape and a concave-convex pattern, which can express a warm wrinkle expression, does not have disappear of the concave-convex pattern and a mold flow and yet is excellent in wear resistance and heat resistance, and to provide its manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The leather element is characterized in that a foaming layer of thickness of 50 μm to 300 μm having the concave-convex pattern made of polyurethane resin formed by the reaction of a hot-melt urethane polymer and an urethane hardening agent is laminated on the surface of a natural leather having a silver surface layer of thickness of 200 μm to 1,000 μm, further a protecting layer of the thickness of 10 μm to 100 μm is laminated on its surface without vanishing the concave-convex pattern of the foaming layer.
