PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus with a heat removal mechanism, which can remove heat of the control apparatus efficiently and prevent the game board from being deformed by heat; and to provide a game machine having the same control apparatus. SOLUTION: A duct 42c capable of ventilating in the storing case is provided in the storage case. At the position of one end of the duct 42c in the storage case, a fan 45 for delivering air into the duct 42c is mounted; at the position of another end of the duct 42c, plurality of slits 42d for discharging air delivered by the operation of the fan 45 are provided; and in the duct 42c, heat sinks 43 having plurality of radiating fins for radiating heat generated by control elements 42b are mounted.
