PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant/low gas-generating self-fusion-bonding insulated wire suitable for manufacturing motor coils, deflection yokes or the like requiring alignment winding properties/high-speed winding properties, as well as capable of restraining generation of gas at the time of use as coils under high temperature. SOLUTION: Copolymerized polyamide resin by 80 to 100 parts by weight is dissolved in an organic solvent to make up copolymerized polyamide resin solution, and then, to the resin solution, PTFE modified polyethylene is added by 1 to 10 wt.% to a resin portion of the resin solution as an additive for imparting a slip property to a fusion-bonding film after application/baking. Self-fusion-bonding paint dispersed is applied/baked through an insulation film (2) to provide a lubricant/low gas-generating fusion-bonding film (3) to make up the lubricant/low gas-generating self-fusion-bonding insulated wire (5).
